Limited Classes
General Class is an hour class of Hatha postures. The class works at an easy pace and is suitable for beginners to more experienced yogis.
Yin Yoga focuses on deep stretching, poses are held for between 2 to 5 mins. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to holding the poses for a longer duration.

- * Bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one we have some for hire
- * Dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in
- * For your comfort, it is better not to eat an hour before class
